Dawdles Walk

Event location: The Cloisters, Market Square, Kirkby Stephen or NVT car park Stenkrith
Event date and time: 07/06/2018 10:30
Cars through Nateby and up the Swaledale road allow us to gain height without the effort. A walk along grass paths that feels like the middle of nowhere on top of the moors in the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  Spectacular views over the whole of the Eden Valley on a clear day. Wear a hat and warm clothing because of the height  and boots are recommended.  Allow extra time for travelling. Optional refreshments after the walk.

Dawdles Walks are short guided walks of up to one hour and taken at a pace to suit you. These gentle
walks can help to improve your health and wellbeing, and give you time to enjoy the company of your
fellow walkers.

We will go whatever the weather so please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the day.

Everyone welcome. No booking is required - just turn up! There is a suggested donation of £1 per walk.

Some walks may be adaptable to suit wheelchair users if we know you are coming. Please telephone
Ann Sandell on 017683 71976.
